Here's what you can expect when working with us:
We understand the importance of legal work status, and we are committed to helping our artists obtain the necessary U.S. Visa. Our dedicated legal team will guide you through the process, ensuring that you can work legally in the United States for a period of three years. Should you choose to continue your journey with VISM, we will assist you in reapplying for the Visa for subsequent terms.
Moving to a new country can be a significant transition, and we are here to help you adapt to your new life in the United States. Our team is dedicated to providing support in various areas, helping you settle in comfortably. Whether it's finding accommodation, navigating the city, or accessing essential services, we will be there for you every step of the way. Our aim is to create an environment where artists can fully immerse themselves in their work.
SHOP STRUCTURE
At VISM, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the hard work and talent of our artists. Our commission structure is designed to provide you with substantial benefits, as we offer a competitive rate of 70% to artists. We want you to feel valued and motivated to thrive as an integral part of our team.
In addition to our generous commission structure, we ensure that any tips earned by our artists are paid to them in full for each job completed. We understand that tips can be an important aspect of an artist's income, and we want to support you in maximizing your earnings.
